Parent-Guardian Role in the Exhibition

  • Parents and guardians will have an understanding of the purpose and requirements of the exhibition, informed by reading newsletters, attending meetings, checking school websites, and talking with learners and supportive and encouraging students and guides throughout the process of inquiry

  • Parents and guardians will help students to access resources—people, places, media and information; provide expert subject knowledge where applicable, acting as mentors as required or appropriate and encouraging independent inquiry and respect student ownership of the process

  • Parents and guardians will have an opportunity to reflect on and give feedback on the exhibition, and will celebrate with the students by attending the staging of the exhibition
